This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for problem-solving and process improvement. **About arenaflex and the Transfer Activity Center (ROC)** arenaflex's Transfer Activity Center (ROC) is the nerve center of our transportation execution network, supporting various geographies like North America (NA) and Europe (EU). Our ROC team ensures seamless, hassle-free transportation of cargo from merchants to arenaflex fulfillment centers and from arenaflex fulfillment centers to transporter hubs. In the event of any exceptions, our ROC team springs into action to resolve the issue and keeps all stakeholders informed on the procedures. In addition to this strategic critical thinking, our ROC team is also responsible for analyzing patterns in network exceptions and automating processes or proposing process changes to optimize operations. This involves network monitoring and critical analysis of business data. **The Role of a Full Stack Operations Expert at ROC** As a Full Stack Operations Expert at ROC, you will work with a stream of data between various partners (Transporters/Centers/Stockrooms) and resolve any potential issues that impact client experience and business continuity. You will work across two verticals – Inbound and Outbound tasks. Inbound Tasks manage Seller/Transporter/FC relationships, ensuring that cargo is received on time and delivered at the FC according to the given arrangement. You will resolve any potential issues happening during the lifecycle of receive to deliver. Outbound Tasks manage FC/Transporter/Transporter Center relationships, ensuring that the truck delivers the FC to client orders according to guarantee. You will resolve any potential issues happening during the lifecycle of cargo departing the FC and arriving at client premises. **Key Responsibilities** * Correspondence with outside clients (Transporters, Sellers/Providers) and internal clients (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers) * Ability to pull data from various datasets (using Excel, Access, SQL, and other data management frameworks) and perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed * Create and understand performance metrics to drive business results * Ability to rapidly comprehend the business impact of trends and make decisions that seem reasonable based on available data * Ability to methodically escalate issues or changes in data and information to the relevant owners and teams and ensure goals are delivered * Work within different time requirements to meet critical business needs, while estimating and identifying activities performed * Excellent communication, both verbal and written, as you will need to create a story framing weekly findings and differences to objectives, and present these findings in a review discussion * Providing ongoing client experience by working in a 24*7 working environment **We're Looking for Someone with:** * A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/specialized field like software engineering, engineering, or statistics * Experience with Excel * Experience with SQL * Fundamental Capabilities: + Four-year college education in a quantitative/specialized field + Experience with Excel + Experience with SQL * Favored Capabilities: + Excellent relational skills + Ability to ideate process improvements and drive them to completion + Enthusiasm to drive process improvements **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Collaborative and supportive team environment **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
