As a Monetary Investigator, you'll play a critical role in driving process improvements, identifying risks, and ensuring that our financial cycles stay ahead of potential threats. **Job Summary** We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Monetary Investigator to lead unique activities that drive finance upgrades and combinations across various groups. As a key member of our team, you'll perform risk assessments and cycle investigations, identify potential risks, and suggest mitigation activities. You'll also create, modify, and maintain the functional and operational viability of finance processes and controls, participate in the SOX 302 quarterly confirmations process, and provide warnings on Controllership-related matters to Finance partners. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead unique activities to drive finance upgrades and combinations across multiple groups, ensuring that our financial processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements. * Perform risk assessments and cycle investigations, focusing on proactive risk identification, and suggest risk-mitigation activities and track their conclusion. * Create, modify, and maintain the functional and operational viability of finance processes and controls, ensuring that they are aligned with arenaflex's goals and objectives. * Participate in the SOX 302 quarterly confirmations process, ensuring that our financial processes are compliant with regulatory requirements. * Provide warnings on Controllership-related matters to Finance partners, ensuring that they are informed and equipped to make informed decisions. * Coordinate with groups across IT, HR, Finance, and Accounting to ensure that recommended procedures are followed and executed. **We're Looking for Someone Who Can Work in One of the Following Locations:** * Pasay City, PHL **Essential Qualifications** * BS/BA degree in accounting/finance/trade or related field. * 4+ years of applicable finance/accounting experience, with project management experience. * Experience in internal controls planning or execution. * Ability to simultaneously manage multiple competing needs, ensuring that priorities are met and deadlines are achieved. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. **Desirable Qualifications** * Big 4 or similar review/business controls experience. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, and other formulas). * Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and oral communication skills. * Team-oriented with the ability to work across global teams. * Experience with handling finance and approving finance input through yield. * Controllership foundation and earlier internal review experience would be a benefit. **Why Join arenaflex?** * Opportunity to work with a leading organization in the industry. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Competitive compensation and benefits package. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Monetary Investigator looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
