Key Responsibilities Contribute directly to sales and margin objectives within assigned categories, analyzing key data and integrating findings into Class Plans to drive marketing programs. Develop and execute daily plan activities, including tracking sales performance, monitoring promotional effectiveness, and making data-driven decisions. Collaborate with internal teams, including Stock, Estimating, Advancement, Finance, Store Brands, Store Design, Advertising, and Store Operations to drive business growth. Analyze sales data and inventory levels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Create and maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, identifying new opportunities and making recommendations for growth. Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity. Conduct research on customer behavior, provider costs, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies. Essential Qualifications Working knowledge of retail math concepts and demonstrated application. Technical proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and some experience with databases or data analysis tools. Willingness to travel 5-10% for business purposes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in the retail or healthcare industry, with a focus on marketing and sales. Certification in marketing or a related field, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
