Key Responsibilities Drive Sales Growth: Contribute directly to sales and margin objectives within assigned categories, analyzing market trends and developing strategies to optimize sales performance. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze important data and integrate findings and recommendations into Class Plans, including ideal SKU mix, Extracare loyalty programs, and special projects. Strategic Execution: Drive the strategic execution of everyday assortment activities, such as tracking sales performance, monitoring promotions, and making adjustments as needed. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including Stock, Estimating, Merchandising, Finance, Store Brands, Store Design, Marketing, and Store Operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
