Essential and Preferred Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required Associate's Degree or Relevant Certification: Preferred Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Experience: In customer service, sales, or a related field, particularly in a remote or chat-based capacity. Technical Skills: Proficient in Using Computers: And various software applications, including live chat systems, email, and MS Office Suite.
