Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Junior Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Junior Data Analyst, you'll work closely with our senior data analysts to design, develop, and maintain high-quality data analysis tooling and reports. Key Responsibilities Analyzing Complex Data Sets: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth and efficiency. Developing Data Models and Dashboards: Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. Conducting Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations. Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Education: Bachelor's Degree required with an emphasis in business, economics, math, engineering, or analytics preferred. Advanced degree or certification preferred. Experience: 1+ years of experience, with at least 1 year of analytic experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in interacting with various database and file storage systems (Examples: Oracle, Hadoop, NoSQL). Understanding of join types. Experience with data manipulation languages, such as SQL, required. Knowledge of statistical concepts and analytic techniques, including descriptive statistics, forecasting, economic modeling, exploratory analysis, and variance analysis required. Software Skills: Experience using Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables, formulas, macros, VBA, charts/graphs. Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBi, or QlikView. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, critical, and systems thinking required. Good understanding of Agile framework (SCRUM). Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
