You'll work closely with our IT disciplines to identify and resolve complex problems, while maintaining accurate documentation and records. This is a part-time remote position, requiring occasional travel to our Montego Bay, Jamaica office. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide top-notch support to arenaflex Crewmembers, addressing technical issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Collaborate with IT disciplines to identify and resolve complex problems, ensuring seamless service delivery. * Maintain accurate documentation and records of all support requests, adhering to arenaflex standards. * Develop and implement effective solutions to improve support processes and efficiency. * Participate in the development and rollout of new software applications and technologies. * Work closely with our Data Innovation (IT) team to ensure seamless integration and support. * Respond to support requests in a timely manner, aiming for first-contact resolution. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex systems, applications, and technologies. * Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and support. **Essential Qualifications** * Secondary School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate * Experience supporting the latest operating systems or successful completion of the IT for Everybody certificate through Coursera * Experience in carrying out and supporting applications * Availability for short-term travel (up to 50%) * Possession of valid travel documents, enabling travel throughout Jamaica and the US * Ability to obtain a valid visa to travel to the US * Experience using desktop software packages **Preferred Qualifications** * Certifications (Microsoft, Networking, programming languages) * Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server products * Familiarity with Trade and Office Suite * Knowledge of LAN environment using TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS * Knowledge of communication, messaging, and network (VOIP and POTS) systems * Familiarity with mobile devices * Knowledge of MDM solutions like Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune * Familiarity with General media solutions **Crewmember Expectations** * Regular attendance and punctuality * Possible need to work flexible hours and be available to respond without prior notice * Ability to maintain a professional appearance * While working or traveling on arenaflex flights, and when time allows, all fit crewmembers are expected to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft * Demonstrate a proper fit for the arenaflex culture, or at least, display the arenaflex values of Well-being, Mindfulness, Honesty, Energy, and Fun * Advance arenaflex's #1 value of safety as a Well-being Representative, supporting arenaflex's Well-being Management System (SMS) components, Well-being Strategy, and social principles * Identify any health or safety concerns, issues, incidents, or hazards that should be reported and report them promptly and without hesitation, including arenaflex's confidential reporting systems (Avionics Well-being Activity Program (pronto), JEMS or Security Activity Report (SAR)) **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $30 * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company * Flexible, remote work arrangement * Occasional travel to our Montego Bay, Jamaica office * Professional development and growth opportunities * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Comprehensive benefits package (generally) **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and tech-savvy individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
