**Key Responsibilities**

As a Full Stack Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience
* Assisting with entry-level auto and property policies, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues related to policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications
* Utilizing computer systems and data systems to search for answers and information, and to solve complex situations with limited information
* Demonstrating a natural ability to manage emotions and show resiliency during stressful situations, and a high service-aptitude with personal drive to serve and display compassion
* Working independently and as part of a team, and being able to multitask and navigate system tools to search for answers and information
* Utilizing questioning and deductive reasoning skills to resolve complex issues, and being able to work in a quiet and distraction-free environment

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* A high school diploma or GED equivalent
* At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
* A professional customer service aptitude, basic conflict resolution skills, and effective verbal and written communication skills
* The ability to navigate system tools to search for answers and information, and to utilize computer systems and data systems to solve complex situations with limited information
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to multitask and manage emotions in a stressful situation
* A quiet and distraction-free work environment, and the ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
* A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or psychology
* Experience working with computer systems and data systems, and utilizing questioning and deductive reasoning skills to resolve complex issues
* A background in sales or marketing, and experience working with customers to resolve complex issues
