This includes diagnosing production machine and equipment problems, determining root causes, and performing necessary repairs. You will also be responsible for rebuilding and installing production machines and equipment, taking direction from the Maintenance Supervisor, and performing facilities repairs. In addition, you will support preventive maintenance systems, lean initiatives, and work with a variety of hydraulic, machining, electrical, controls, welding, and pneumatic systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform a variety of industrial maintenance tasks on a 12-hour rotating shift from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm * Diagnose production machine and equipment problems and determine root causes * Perform necessary repairs on production machines and equipment * Rebuild and install production machines and equipment * Take direction from the Maintenance Supervisor * Perform facilities repairs * Support preventive maintenance systems * Support lean initiatives * Work with a variety of hydraulic, machining, electrical, controls, welding, and pneumatic systems * Keep safety a top priority **Essential Qualifications** * 8 or more years of industrial maintenance experience * 8 or more years of diagnosing production machine problems and performing necessary repairs * Ability to work on a 12-hour rotating shift from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm * Ability to work with minimal direction * Ability to work individually or as part of a team * Forklift certification * Solid work history * US citizen or possess a green card * Residence within 45 minutes of Rochester, NY – Wisconsin **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with a variety of industrial equipment and systems * Experience with preventive maintenance systems and lean initiatives * Certification in a specific trade or industry (e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing) * Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and teamwork skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of physical environments * Forklift certification * Experience with a variety of industrial equipment and systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** Our company is committed to employee growth and development, and we offer a variety of training and development opportunities to help you advance your career.
