About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Flipkart. As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's success by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies. Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
Learning and Development: Partner with teams to identify training and development needs, and facilitate learning programs.
HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruitment Specialist or similar HR role in a fast-paced environment.
Skills: Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
