Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack HR Business Partner to join our team at Flipkart. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational success by building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of business goals and objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on various HR matters, including performance management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key HR initiatives, such as employee training and development programs, compensation and benefits reviews, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs, anticipate talent gaps, and devise effective recruitment strategies.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee satisfaction, well-being, and work-life balance.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-growing organization.
Proficient in HR practices and employment laws in India.
Familiarity with e-commerce or technology industry is a plus.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is desirable but not required.
