If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about housekeeping, we encourage you to apply. **Job Responsibilities** As a Housekeeping Professional, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms and public areas. Your key responsibilities will include: * Maintaining guest room cleanliness, including cleaning all bath/kitchen areas, floors, and removing all trash from guest rooms * Maintaining outside room appearance, including cleaning sliding, A/C grill, doors, windows, and removing trash from surrounding outside areas * Ensuring all areas of the hotel are up to company standards, even if specific areas are not assigned to you * Visually inspecting guest rooms, public areas, service areas, etc. for quality in cleanliness and presentation * Notifying supervisor immediately of any safety and/or security violations of policy, as well as any guest concerns * Operating housekeeping equipment and keeping supplies ready by restocking housekeeping cart * Notifying head housekeeper or supervisor of room readiness * Maintaining superior customer service when interacting with guests **Skills and Experience** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Minimum 1-year housekeeping experience that includes possessing good knowledge of housekeeping/laundry standard operating procedures and techniques * Any combination of education and experience equivalent to high school diploma * Any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities **Perks and Benefits** As a Full-Time Housekeeping Professional, you'll enjoy: * Easy to follow training programs & supportive team throughout the onboarding process * Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance for Full-time Employees * 401k with company match and PTO for Full-time employees * Rate of Pay: Up to $18/hr *based on Housekeeping experience* * Sundays off and No late shifts! * Full & Pt positions * Flexible schedules **Mental and Physical Demands** This role requires: * Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds * This position is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus * Indoor work with hard and carpeted surfaces * Standing for eight (8) hour shifts * Exposure to extreme weather conditions, cold and heat **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Intown Suites, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
