As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from home, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner. * Develop an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services, facilitating efficient self-service. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to company or product policies and systems, as well as simple usability issues raised by customers. * Refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners, ensuring seamless resolution. * Collaborate with coaches and team members to process requests and resolve issues. * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices. **Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements** * 2+ years of experience providing customer-focused solutions or support in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. * Ability to manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complex problems in a timely and effective manner. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. * Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong understanding of virtual collaboration tools and technologies. **Compensation & Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $25.00, with opportunities for growth and advancement. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and wellbeing benefits. * 401(k) contribution, pension plan, and annual incentive. * 9 paid holidays and a paid time off program (23 days accrued annually for full-time employees). * Student loan repayment program and paid-family leave available to support employees and their families. **Work Environment & Culture** * Primarily home-based role, with 80% of work time spent working from home, proximate to one of our office locations. * Opportunities for in-person engagement, including team meetings, trainings, and culture events. * Collaborative and dynamic team environment, with a focus on growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. * arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity. **Travel Requirements** * Up to 10% travel required, with opportunities for in-person engagement and team-building activities. **Internet Connection Requirement** * Hardwired (Ethernet) connection to the internet with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload required. * Wi-Fi connections are not acceptable for this role. **Licenses** * P & C License strongly preferred, but not required.
