Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Guest Services Manager to join our team, responsible for supporting large-scale events and shows across Walt Disney World. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing complex events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities As a Full Stack Guest Services Manager, you'll be responsible for: Working with high-value clients to plan and execute their events across Walt Disney World hotels and parks, with a focus on long-term loyalty clients and those with significant Disney connections. Overseeing contracts, room blocks, food and beverage, general media, entertainment, park events, park tickets, transportation, and all strategies to ensure seamless event execution. Guiding and providing formative opportunities to Event Services Administrators, Event Services Coordinators, and Associates. Having remarkable guest services skills and the ability to consistently find creative ways to delight and amaze our guests, driving repeat business. Having the ability to create associations and work with all colleagues in the organization. Capacity to support teams with an elevated degree of complexity as Event Services Manager is responsible for being knowledgeable of all items and services at Walt Disney World. Imagination to approach issues across different teams in innovative ways to achieve desired results. Capacity to maintain an expert business image and show of excellence through professional dress, composed and oral presentations, including the ability to run compelling meetings. Team up with a large number of clients, both internal and external, and articulate needs to present solutions for associates and clients. Comprehension of food and beverage, creation, and event enhancements. Adaptability in booking is essential; Event Services is seven days a week, 24 hours a day devotion. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: Strong event planning experience, ideally in a resort setting; food and beverage, front office, or amusement parks. Demonstrated history working with high-level Disney pioneers or with C-Suite level clients. Demonstrated insight to organize events for groups with rooms and gatherings across different hotels with various teammates, for high-value, extremely refined gatherings. Key comprehension of the business goals related to various business sectors and what clients are trying to achieve. Capacity to proactively expect any potential event difficulties and hoist concerns/arrangements. Capacity to design refined groups with negligible oversight from the administration. Imagination to find arrangements in new ways and work on the visitor and client encounters. Experience proactively tutoring direct reports. Ability to create associations and work with all colleagues in the organization. Capability in essential PC capabilities fundamental to work in a Windows climate and different innovations. Plan accessibility to incorporate ends of the week, variable moves, and events. Shown guest services abilities. Exhibited hierarchical abilities with scrupulousness. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Exhibited insight into food and beverage, event services, or catering activities experience. Event planning, event management, or catering activities experience. Knowledge of Walt Disney World systems. Education about all show resort capability space and all amusement park settings. Confirmed comprehension of rooms and related lines of business. Experience directing planning meetings and leading timetables for every working region and client. Strong comprehension of food and beverage. Demonstrated comprehension of the amusement line of business. Knowledge of show contract board. Exhibited authoritative and time usage abilities. Current or ongoing event services or catering activities experience. Capable in DSCS and Siebel frameworks. Education A four-year college education or comparable experience is required.
