**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to three Vice Presidents in Controllership. This is a full-time remote position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in areas such as organizational, interpersonal, and prioritization skills. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating complex meetings, and handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Act as a point of contact for leaders in a professional manner
* Organize and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
* Prepare for meetings, including logistics and coordination
* Support new colleague onboarding and provide detailed itineraries for trips
* Process SAP Ariba Buyer orders and other invoices
* Liaise with IT helpdesk for technical support
* Support special ad hoc projects as assigned
* Provide administrative support, including preparing expense reports and coordinating meetings

**Essential Qualifications**

* Previous experience with administrative tasks, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
* Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information
* Initiative and capability to prioritize multiple tasks proactively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role
* Experience in handling confidential information is preferred

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
* Experience working in a global organization with a diverse team
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Experience with calendar management and coordination of complex meetings

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $24.05 to $48.10 hourly, depending on location, experience, and other job-related factors. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a wide range of benefits, including:
