Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of individual students

Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in teaching and learning

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in English Language Arts, Social Studies, or a related field
A valid New Mexico teaching license with endorsements in English Language Arts and Social Studies
Proven experience in teaching English Language Arts and Social Studies at the secondary level
Strong knowledge of curriculum design and instructional strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
Master's degree in English Language Arts, Social Studies, or a related field
Experience with online learning platforms and educational software

Relocation expenses of up to $4,500, depending on distance
