Key Responsibilities As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: * Managing Facebook Ads campaigns, including setup, strategy, and optimization (45% of tasks) * Setting up and optimizing bolthires Ads campaigns (10% of tasks) * Responding to customer queries via Basecamp across all projects (10% of tasks) * Creating graphic designs using Canva or similar platforms (10% of tasks) * Performing general administrative tasks (10% of tasks) * Preparing reports (5% of tasks) * Proofreading and editing SEO blogs written by our team in India (5% of tasks) * Generating leads and following up with clients (5% of tasks) Essential Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following essential requirements: * Be based in the Philippines * Have excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and proofread SEO blogs * Have experience with Facebook Ads, including setup, strategy, and optimization * Have experience with bolthires Ads, including setup, optimization, and certification (ideally bolthires Certified) * Have proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers * Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and know when to ask for help * Be willing to help out wherever the CEO requires assistance, including administrative tasks * Have a fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power * Have knowledge of graphic design using Canva or similar platforms Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and follow-up * Knowledge of or experience with product research Percentage Breakdown of Tasks Here's a breakdown of the tasks you'll be responsible for: * Facebook Ads Setup and Strategy: 45% * bolthires Ads Setup and Optimization: 10% * Customer Query Response via Basecamp: 10% * Graphic Design: 10% * General Admin: 10% * Report Preparation: 5% * SEO Blog Proofreading and Editing: 5% * Lead Generation and Follow-Up: 5% Perks and Benefits As a member of our team, you'll enjoy the following perks and benefits: * Fun, flexible work environment with a dynamic and entrepreneurial company culture * Highly competitive salary based on experience, plus a quarterly revenue share-based bonus * 13th Month Bonus * Additional performance-based bonus * Opportunity to learn new skills across several different areas of digital marketing, with screen-recorded trainings provided * Unlimited access to the tools you need to succeed * Growth opportunities with a loyal and respectful employer If you're a motivated and talented individual with a passion for digital marketing, we want to hear from you!To apply, please fill out the form linked below.
