Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and versatile digital marketing professional to oversee and manage multiple projects, with a focus on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and customer support. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating tasks, communicating with clients, and providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and customer support
Communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system
Coordinating tasks and providing support to internal teams
Proofreading and quality controlling SEO blogs written by our team based in India
Managing Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, with a Google Certification preferred
Providing exceptional customer support and responding to client queries via Basecamp
Assisting the CEO with administrative tasks and other projects as needed
Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth
Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
To be based in the Philippines
To have excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
To have experience with Facebook Ads, with a focus on setup and strategy
To have experience with Google Ads, with a focus on setup and optimization
To have proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers
To have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
To have a fast computer and high-speed internet, with reliable power
To have experience with graphic design, using Canva or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, it's a plus if you have experience with:
Video editing
Copywriting
Website creation
Social media management
Online lead generation and follow-up
Product research

5% of your time on report preparation
5% of your time on SEO blog proofreading and editing
5% of your time on lead generation and follow-up
