We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our Sales and Digital team. This role will focus on supporting multiple verticals, including fitness apps, digital accounts, voice technology, and smart speaker marketing. Job Summary As a Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies and partnerships. You will oversee editorial music placements on fitness apps, coordinate with select digital accounts, and direct efforts in voice technology and smart speaker marketing. Key Responsibilities Fitness Account Liaison: Track and manage relationships with various fitness applications, such as Peloton, Supernatural, and Medrhythms. Develop innovative approaches to support music releases with wellness partners, considering unique platform characteristics and demographics. Advanced Marketing Drives: Conceptualize and execute creative marketing initiatives to promote Disney releases on digital platforms. Analyze campaign results and provide insights for future planning. Smart Speaker and Voice Technology: Stay up-to-date with the latest voice assistant technology (Siri, Alexa, Google). Develop and implement effective workflows to support voice-activated music experiences and measure results. Digital Content Distribution: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of digital content, including podcasts and music, across various platforms. Select Digital Accounts: Liaise with select digital partners to market Disney releases and develop creative marketing strategies, including social asset ideas and advertising concepts. Wiki Page Updates and UGC Management: Maintain and update relevant Wiki pages, manage UGC sound delivery and claiming, and optimize pivot pages and QR Codes as needed. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Three or more years of experience in digital marketing, development, or a similar technology field within the music industry. Familiarity with smart speakers and devices, as well as experience working with third-party partners. Passion for music and ability to multitask, with excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other programs, with a willingness to learn proprietary software as needed. Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with voice assistant technology and smart speakers. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills. What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: The employing range for this position at Blithequark is $81,100.00 to $104,800.00 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek. The actual base pay will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's location, knowledge, skills, and experience related to the job, and other factors. A reward or potentially long-term incentive units might be given as part of the pay package, in addition to the full scope of clinical, monetary, and other benefits.
