Experienced Full-Stack Developer Needed (Next.js, AI dev)

We are looking for a highly skilled full-stack developer to help us finalize our project. The core application is nearly complete, and we need an expert who can implement a credit system and integrate new feature flags for AI tools within our existing codebase. Our tech stack includes Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and Supabase. Experience with AI development and working in a monorepo environment is strongly preferred. You will work closely with the founder under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Key Responsibilities:

Implement a credit system to manage user access to certain features and content.

Add and configure new feature flags for our AI-driven tools

Ensure smooth integration with our Next.js, React, and Supabase-based architecture.

Collaborate closely with the founder to ensure timely and accurate feature delivery.

Conduct final testing and troubleshooting for a smooth, error-free release.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of proven experience in full-stack development

Strong proficiency in Next.js and React.

Familiarity with Tailwind CSS for responsive UIs.

Experience with Supabase or similar backend solutions.

Proven track record in AI integration and working with feature flags.

Comfortable working in a monorepo environment.

Project Timeline & Budget:

Estimated total duration: 3 days (with potential minor extensions if needed)

We aim to start as soon as possible to meet our release schedule

Hourly budget: Up to $25/hour. Due to a limited budget, we will prioritize lower bids. However, if a candidate’s experience and skill set clearly stand out, we can be flexible.

Task:

Create a simple Next.js page that fetches a user’s data from a Supabase table (e.g., users) and displays their current credit balance.

Add a “Use Credit” button that decrements the user’s credit balance in Supabase and updates the UI.

Include a feature flag field (e.g., ai_tools_enabled) in the user’s record. If ai_tools_enabled is true, display an additional AI-related feature button (e.g., “Generate AI Suggestion”).

Style the page using Tailwind CSS for a clean, responsive layout.

Notes:

Any application without the test and recording will be declined.

Any application with a budget exceeding $25/hour will be declined.

Any application without relevant experience or similar project examples will be declined.
