* Execute processes and procedures to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the data lifecycle

* Assess new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities. Lead the implementation of data management systems and infrastructure upgrades on a case-by-case basis
* Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data initiatives and track progress towards strategic objectives. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership
* Lead and mentor a team of data experts and data scientists, providing guidance, training, and support to foster professional growth and ensure superior performance
**Required Capabilities**
* 4 years of experience in data-driven initiatives, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
* 4 years of management experience
* 4 years in a data-related role, with a strong understanding of data management principles, processes, and tools
* Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
**Desired Capabilities**
* Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
