We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Competitive salary and bonuses * Comprehensive health insurance * Generous parental leave policy * Access to state-of-the-art technology and tools * Opportunities for professional development and growth * A dynamic and inclusive work environment **Job Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies * Designing and implementing predictive models that drive business outcomes * Developing and maintaining data visualizations and reports that inform business decisions * Working with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions * Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and analytics **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement numerical modeling and analysis services to support business financial, operational, and strategic planning decisions * Participate in supporting project teams in value-added activities that create feasible solutions to complex business problems * Investigate new business opportunities and drive improvement in business decisions using large data and insights, forecasting, and AI principles * Use understanding of the business cycle to identify and implement metrics, forecasting, and AI solutions that result in significant bottom-line contributions * Develop and maintain metrics, forecasting, and AI model applications, and provide client support using data research activities * Participate in model design, model, and model development for multiple projects that occur concurrently, and collaborate with product delivery teams * Raise concerns when the scope of investigation may not align with the time available and can select a suitable scope of investigation to conduct, adjusting return on investment to time available * Plan scientific approach/foster hypotheses to test * Identify limitations of investigation (what it can and cannot be used for) * Expect to work group questions to data and approach * Identify solution quality risks and on-time risks * Understand the business value, cycle, and expectations before focusing on the choice of a technical solution * Grasp the instinct behind the numbers (e.g., does it make sense?) * Offer ongoing analytical services to client associations * Convey results to management and clients * Contribute deck content and assemble the story for the deck with direction to summarize findings * Create and convey presentations aligned with AI standards * Communicate in a way suitable for the work group and their level +1 * Stay informed about the latest scientific methods and research in the metrics, forecasting, AI, and analysis fields **Essential Qualifications:** * Postgraduate education (PhD or ABD) * Insights or other related quantitative discipline including quantitative analysis and use of advanced statistical methods * Coursework or work experience with metrics or potentially forecasting methods * Coursework or work experience in model prototyping through use of statistical package(s) including SAS or SPSS, Minitab or potentially BI tools * Coursework or work experience with C, C++, Java, R, Python, or other structured programming language * Strong business, technical, verbal/written communication, presentation, and sales abilities. Versatility to changing business climate * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clients * Proficient with MS Office * Successful completion of interview expected to meet work capabilities * Solid, reliable participation is a fundamental capability of the position * Should be lawfully authorized to work in the US for any business without sponsorship **Preferred Qualifications:** * Minor in software engineering as well as formal high-level software engineering coursework * 2+ years of professional experience in the logical field * 1+ years of aircraft business experience * 1+ years planning and programming/coding data structures for large-scale computer models * Experience with Julia programming language * Knowledge of arenaflex/industry data sources * Structured programming for large-scale computer models * Shown ability to create business value **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented data scientist who's passionate about innovation and excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
