With a strong focus on collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning, we're creating a culture that's both challenging and rewarding. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our Clinical Trials team, working closely with our experts to design and execute RWE studies that drive business insights and inform clinical trial strategies. You'll be responsible for leading advanced data analysis, developing innovative methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful results. If you're a seasoned data scientist with a passion for healthcare and a knack for creative problem-solving, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead advanced data analysis to inform business decisions and drive clinical trial strategies * Develop and implement innovative methodologies for RWE studies, leveraging cutting-edge research and technology * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute RWE studies, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation * Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring high-quality data and efficient data processing * Work closely with our Clinical Trials team to develop and implement data-driven insights and recommendations * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our RWE studies * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to communicate insights and results to stakeholders * Collaborate with our Data Engineering team to design and implement data infrastructure, ensuring scalability and efficiency **Essential Capabilities** * 2+ years of experience with R, Python, or SQL, with a strong understanding of data analysis and statistical modeling * Experience with planning and executing powerful and reproducible statistical analyses, particularly in the context of observational research and healthcare data * Strong knowledge of normal statistical testing strategies, including generalized linear models, regression, decision trees, machine learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis * Experience handling large datasets from various sources, including electronic health records (EHRs), claims data, and other healthcare information systems * Experience working with protected patient health information (PHI) and adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines * Familiarity with at least one business intelligence (BI) tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Spotfire, or other similar platforms **Preferred Capabilities** * Mastery of EMR/Health IT, disease libraries, and claims data sets * Strong understanding of clinical data principles, clinical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode) * Experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance guidelines for RWE studies or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR) * Experience working with alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions * Experience with trial design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics, and other advanced statistical techniques * Strong understanding of machine learning and AI strategies, with the ability to continue self-learning and developing technical and non-technical skills **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the healthcare industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced data scientist with a passion for healthcare and a knack for creative problem-solving, we want to hear from you.
