Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll play a critical role in providing quantitative analysis and business insights to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. With a strong background in statistics, data science, and business acumen, you'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs, develop and automate reports, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and success. Responsibilities As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: Conducting statistical analysis to inform business or product decisions, including cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, and impact assessment. Developing and delivering effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple tiers of stakeholders, using data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate complex insights. Designing and automating reports, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale, and solving for analytical needs. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs, formulate and execute assessments that include data gathering, analysis, and ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations. Helping arenaflex focus on key priorities to drive product and service innovation. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: Minimum Qualifications * Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences, or a related field. * Experience working with statistical packages, such as R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, or other relevant tools. * Ability to articulate complex product questions, pull statistics from datasets (SQL), and use statistics to inform business decisions. Preferred Qualifications * Currently attending a degree-granting institution within the United States and available to work full-time for 12 weeks outside of university term time. * In your penultimate academic year or returning to a degree-granting institution after completing an internship. * Ability to translate assessment outcomes into business recommendations. * Interest and potential to work with statistics, metrics, assessment, and development, with a strong understanding of measurement, statistics, and awareness assessment. * Excellent problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills, with strong business acumen.
