Key Responsibilities: * Data Quality: Interpret raw data from various sources into actionable insights for data-driven decision-making. Develop and maintain automated pipelines for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure high-quality data.* Predictive Modeling: Design and implement new predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques to forecast and optimize client engagement across arenaflex's platforms. * Business Intelligence: Develop data visualizations and reports to communicate results to business stakeholders in an easily digestible and automated manner. * Initiative/Organization: Collaborate closely with business partners to identify opportunities and drive growth, and with other data teams to improve data modeling, testing, and visualization capabilities.* Process Improvement: Drive innovation by exploring new measurement methods and conceptualizing ways to enhance the current forecasting and reporting infrastructure. * Activities: Participate in Agile development methodologies, including stand-bolthires, sprint planning, and code reviews. Contribute to an "Open Source" learning culture, sharing knowledge, teaching, and collaborating with colleagues.
