Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Last Mile group, where you'll play a critical role in developing and deploying predictive models that drive business outcomes. As a machine learning engineer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable data pipelines, machine learning models, and data visualizations that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy machine learning models that drive business outcomes, including predictive modeling, clustering, and decision trees
Develop and maintain data pipelines that extract, transform, and load data from various sources, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, and data warehouses
Design and implement data visualizations that communicate complex insights to stakeholders, using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth
Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, data science, and data engineering, and apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes
Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior team members to ensure the highest quality of work
Develop and maintain data visualizations that communicate complex insights to stakeholders, using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js
Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines that meet business requirements
Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented documentation that adheres to industry standards and best practices
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, data science, and data engineering, and apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in analytics or a related field, with a strong background in machine learning, data science, and data engineering
Experience with predictive modeling, clustering, decision trees, and other machine learning algorithms
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js
Experience with data engineering tools like Apache Beam, Apache Spark, and AWS Glue
Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with version control systems like Git and SVN
Skills
Strong programming skills in languages like Python, R, and SQL
Experience with machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
Experience with data visualization libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly
Experience with data engineering tools like Apache Beam, Apache Spark, and AWS Glue
Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with version control systems like Git and SVN
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders
