Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist – Business Analytics & Machine Learning

As a key member of this team, you'll play a vital role in driving business process optimizations and supporting sales and service procedures using our data. What You'll Do As a data scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Contributing to all phases of data science projects, from interpreting complex business issues into data science problems to performing data analysis and visualization, and providing solutions to the business. * Creating and maintaining complex data pipelines, supporting our team's goal in democratizing data and empowering an information-driven association, collaborating with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, AI (ML) Specialists, and Product Managers.* Effectively communicating significant insights to all levels of the organization with varying levels of data science understanding and expertise. * Collaborating closely with leadership, design, and other partners to deliver significant business insights. * Applying various ML, advanced analytics, and visualization techniques to diverse datasets across the organization. What You'll Bring * 2+ years of experience in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Finance).* Results-driven mindset with expertise in data science and strong analytical skills. * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. * Proven track record of extracting insights and building ML models, particularly in business analytics (or related) areas. * Ability to uplevel our team's ML capabilities in at least one significant area (e.g., estimation, predictive modeling, descriptive analytics, or Natural Language Processing (NLP)).* Master's degree in SQL and Python, particularly in standard data science libraries and frameworks like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, PySpark, etc. * Proficiency in at least one visualization tool, such as Tableau, Streamlit, etc. * Expertise in data wrangling and analyzing massive and complex datasets, structured or unstructured. * Ability to self-start and work independently in an unstructured environment, as well as navigate ambiguity and bring a problem from 0 to 1. * Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills, with the ability to quickly pivot and adapt to changing circumstances.* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
