**Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist – Analytics and Business Insights**

**About the Role**

As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about using data to tell stories, drive business outcomes, and create a better customer experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that meet arenaflex's business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Utilize quantitative analysis and data visualization to uncover insights and trends that inform business decisions and drive growth
* Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics
* Collaborate with junior data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions using SQL, R, Python, and other programming languages
* Work with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), develop metrics, and create dashboards to track progress and inform decision-making
* Develop and maintain statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data visualizations to support business objectives and drive growth
* Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement, data quality enhancement, and system optimization
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve arenaflex's data science capabilities

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, with a strong focus on data analysis, modeling, and visualization
* Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and other programming languages, with experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series analysis
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experience working with machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
* Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security best practices
* Strong understanding of business operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and customer experience
