Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy AI and machine learning models to predict and analyze data on equipment and software systems, ensuring the reliability and performance of CVS Health's IT operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document solutions, including integration of bought solutions. Work with large datasets to extract insights and develop predictive models using machine learning and statistical techniques. Support the execution of systems into production, including testing and validation. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, providing technical support and expertise to the broader team. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and Experience A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent working experience is required. You should have at least 2+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field, with a focus on data-driven statistical modeling, discriminative techniques, feature extraction, and analysis. Technical Skills Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc. Experience with data extraction, wrangling, visualization, and analysis. Strong understanding of machine learning and statistical techniques, including supervised learning. Soft Skills Collaborative mindset: ability to work effectively with others to achieve team goals. Experience investigating and implementing statistical models, AI algorithms, or other customized solutions that demonstrate significant impact in solving complex business problems. Experience upgrading existing data pipelines by analyzing unstructured data sources and designing new features.
