**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Technician – IT Services & Support**

As a Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to employees in all aspects of end-user computing, including software/hardware installations, upgrades, and general maintenance of PC workstations and peripherals. **What You'll Do** * Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals * Answer customer care issues raised from the Helpdesk * Contribute to workstation projects (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member * Remotely diagnose and resolve issues using remote tools * Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with system-related issues * Record customer interactions in incident management software, including resource management * Recover data from hard drives or perform data migration * Maintain remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband connectivity for workstations * Install and configure local and network-based printers * Perform security support * Work various shifts, including on-call and travel as required * Follow management direction, complying with IT strategy and procedures * Perform other duties as assigned * Venture, as required **All You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree + Equivalent professional training + Associate/Four-year certification in Software Engineering, Data Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience/training * Least Capabilities: + 2 years of certified 'active' IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues + First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment * Favored Qualifications: + A+ certification + MCSE/MCP or more + Past IT foundation experience in Aircraft/Airport climate * Abilities, Licenses, and Certificates: + General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10 + Knowledge of workflow and tagging systems + Knowledge of VPN networks and ability to troubleshoot issues + Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment + Ability to lift at least 50 pounds **What You'll Get** Take advantage of everything arenaflex has to offer: * Medical benefits: On the very first day, you'll access your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay great.
