Job Summary As a Data Entry Technician at blithequark, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication support. You will utilize your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and technical abilities to ensure accurate and efficient data preparation. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely completion of projects and reports. Maintain and update departmental logs, spreadsheets, and databases to ensure accurate and current information. Sort, distribute, and process incoming departmental mail, reports, and work requests. Verify and resolve routine issues, applying knowledge of division policies and procedures. Assist other staff members with related tasks and responsibilities on an as-needed basis. Monitor supply stock and arrange for supplies as necessary. Output, picture, and list reports as required. Prepare correspondence and packages for internal and external mailing. Requirements and Qualifications Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. No prior work experience required; equivalent experience in a related field will be considered. Technical Skills and Abilities Proficiency in standard office equipment and software applications. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Conscientious and detail-oriented with high accuracy and efficiency. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
