Your primary goal will be to cultivate an insights-driven talent organization that enables strategic skills choices and drives business outcomes. You'll work closely with our Talent Partners and Delivery leaders to provide actionable insights, identify priorities, and develop data models that inform decision-making. **Responsibilities** * Lead the Talent Data Operations & Insights team, focusing on strategic partnership and customer-driven products * Develop a data roadmap that supports the growth, execution, and development of our overall talent strategy * Provide timely and relevant insights to Talent Partners and Delivery leaders, highlighting wins, opportunities, and risks with expert recommendations * Develop data models that are easy to digest and enable the team to make informed decisions * Identify priorities and develop a roadmap unique to the business, incorporating multiple internal and external data sources * Enable the Talent team to become strategic advisors who can directly impact business results * Deliver consultancy, analysis, and insights, as well as self-serve tools **Influence leaders on leveraging available insights and power governance efforts, including business process enhancements and handling accountability** **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or a related field * 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field * Strong domain knowledge in business operations and understanding of our internal data ecosystem * Experience in developing and executing talent strategies, evaluations, and insights plans * Proven track record of delivering complex analysis and insights that support strategic initiatives * Ability to develop a scalable and repeatable suite of tools that meet business needs * Strong relationship-building and communication skills with stakeholders and business leaders * Experience in using governance efforts, including business process enhancements and handling accountability **Flexible, Hybrid Work** We're committed to providing a flexible and hybrid work environment that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
