data entry, data analysis, and business analysis tasks to support the Revenue Technology & Data Analytics IT team * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth * Provide technical assistance for IT operations, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues * Participate in the development, maintenance, enhancement, and support of software programs and infrastructure environments * Analyze data to create performance dashboards and service level agreements with various products * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions to the team **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics/Operations Research, Cyber Security, Business Management, or an associated field * 2.5 GPA or better and have completed at least 2 years in a university program * Strong analytical, management, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau * Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Software Dev Lifecycle, and cloud computing * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or D3.js **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++ * Familiarity with data warehousing and business
