* Developing and implementing process improvements to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate administration of benefits plans
* Managing digital eligibility files and discrepancies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
* Developing and implementing business solutions to meet the needs of our employees and the business
* Modeling compliance with company policies and procedures and supporting business initiatives, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
**What You'll Bring**
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, benefits administration, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience with benefits administration software and systems, including 401(k) plan management
* Strong understanding of retirement plans and benefits administration, including compliance with regulatory requirements
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
