You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our applications, working closely with various teams, including Air Tasks, Client and Business, Framework and Services, and People and Money. Key Responsibilities The responsibilities of this role may include, but are not limited to: Collaborating with business clients to conduct requirements analysis and develop quality technical solutions Ensuring solutions align with internal tooling, business processes, and departmental standards Managing project timelines, coding, testing, and execution to guarantee on-time delivery and budget adherence Acting as a liaison to facilitate effective communication between business and Innovation teams Participating in system and acceptance testing Contributing to the development of metrics to showcase progress and ensure stakeholders are informed Team Groups and Projects As a Data Entry Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with various teams, including: Group Stage QMO Our Quality Management Office (QMO) team focuses on the application side, ensuring the quality of applications used by our airline stewards and pilots. Your role will involve working with Case teams (Scrum Masters, Engineers, Product Owners) to test applications as they are being developed and providing metrics to demonstrate progress. Client and Business: Southwest Getaways (SWAV) The Southwest Getaways team is at the forefront of creating a new, revenue-generating product for Southwest beyond its core air product. This is a fast-paced and highly competitive enterprise drive where you will have the opportunity to learn about the airline industry as well as the travel industry as a whole.
