**About the Role**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. **Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
* Identify and resolve any data discrepancies, and provide excellent customer service to our internal stakeholders
* Work closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with our internal stakeholders, including pilots, instructors, and other team members
* Provide support for all raise in classroom courseware and logistics for DCLC and Pilot management
* Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders and instructor groups
* Support all raise in classroom courseware and logistics for DCLC and Pilot management
* Develop and maintain robust relationships with Pilot in Command and second in Command responsibilities, roles, and responsibilities
* Expectancies for professionalism, leadership, selection making, group resource and risk and errors control

**What You Need to Succeed**
* A high school degree, GED, or high school equivalency
* At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States
* Airline shipping Pilot certificates with plane Multiengine Land class
* Must have served as a pilot at a 14 CFR part 121 certified Air carrier
* Should have accumulated at least 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command at a 14 CFR part 121 certified Air service
* Candidates must apply no later than 24 months after retiring from a 14 CFR part 121 certified Air carrier (Exceptions can be considered)
* Familiarity with technology required for the role, including but not limited to:
+ Use of Apple iPad tablet
+ Conversant in the technology required to access company information, email, schedules, and meetings
+ Conversant in the use of MS PowerPoint
