About the Role We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team remotely. As a key player in our operations, you'll provide critical support in maintaining and cleaning up data for various transactions, projects, and product introductions. Your expertise will help ensure that our members receive high-quality provider data, enabling us to deliver exceptional care. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain multiple databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Perform complex data transactions, including data entry, updates, and verification Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data exchange and high-quality provider data Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data management efficiency Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements Requirements Essential Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year's experience in managing multiple databases Over 10 years of experience in provider data maintenance or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Demonstrated ability to work in a production setting with high accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful collaboration Ability to write and speak clearly and concisely Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPDB or Provider Data of at least 1 year Associate's degree or equivalent work experience What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $17.00 to $28.46 per hour, depending on experience, education, location, and other relevant factors.
