Our team is passionate about exploring new horizons, mastering new skills, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. **Why You'll Love This Job** As a member of our Data Innovation Group within the Data Innovation Division, you'll be responsible for providing end-to-end IT support to our employees, including software/equipment installations, upgrades, and maintenance of PC workstations and peripherals. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's always looking for innovative solutions to complex problems. **Key Responsibilities** • Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-client workstations and peripherals • Answer client care issues raised from the Helpdesk • Contribute to workstation projects (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member • Remotely diagnose and resolve issues using remote tools • Investigate and collaborate with other departments to resolve framework-related issues • Record client interactions in episode management software, including resource management • Recover data from hard drives or perform data relocation • Maintain remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband network for workstations • Install and design local and network-based printers • Perform preventive maintenance • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required • Follow management direction, complying with IT strategy and procedures • Perform other duties as assigned **What You'll Need for Success** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience/preparation • 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and equipment issues • First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment • Preferred Qualifications: + A+ certification + MCSE/MCP certification + Past IT experience in an aircraft/airport environment + Familiarity with tagging frameworks and work process + Knowledge of VPN networks and ability to troubleshoot issues + Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment + Ability to lift at least 50 lbs **What You'll Get** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: • Medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits from day one • Virtual doctor visits, flexible spending accounts, and more • 401(k) program with employer contributions after one year • Other amazing benefits, including our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, travel, and more **Join the arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
