We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our HR Information Security & Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable data structures for our HR division. **The Job**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and compliance of our HR data across various reporting and analysis environments. You'll design and implement comprehensive data structures for our HR systems, including data models, dictionaries, and data lineage arrangements. You'll also develop a strong security model and governance framework in collaboration with process owners to establish and uphold information security policies, procedures, and practices that safeguard sensitive HR data.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance across various reporting and analysis environments
* Design and implement comprehensive data structures for our HR systems, including data models, dictionaries, and data lineage arrangements
* Develop a strong security model and governance framework in collaboration with process owners to establish and uphold information security policies, procedures, and practices that safeguard sensitive HR data
* Plan and execute security measures to enhance productivity and improve processes
* Lead regular reviews and assessments to identify and mitigate risks
* Implement robust endpoints to ensure consistent data flow between HR systems and other organizational/external systems
* Lead process modeling and identify opportunities for growth within HR data management and reporting processes
* Lead the planning, development, and execution of new Working Day Security functionality, including managing the internal Business Day Security team and their daily advancement, focusing on efforts to deliver and regulate quality
* Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on security, data, and reporting capabilities and constraints
* Collaborate with HR Tech leadership on accelerations and cross-functional impacts
* Assess and recommend new technologies and tools to improve HR data and security design
* Lead the implementation of new systems and technologies, ensuring they meet organizational requirements and needs
* Effectively participate in Working Day's semi-annual delivery process, working with business teams to address critical impacts and upcoming development opportunities
* Maintain service delivery excellence, including but not limited to a list of key expectations and timelines across projects/drives with conditions and proactively communicate progress to various stakeholders

**Experience and Skills Required**

* 5+ years of experience in data design, data management, and security, with a focus on HR systems
* Deep understanding of the Working Day and familiarity with different HR Tech systems and its processes
* Strong knowledge of HR processes, data protection regulations, and compliance requirements
* Proficiency in data modeling, data set planning, and data integration tools
* Experience with security systems and conventions
* Project management and experience with Agile philosophy
* Creative thinking, ability to collaborate with business, and exploring ambiguity
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

**Compensation and Benefits**

Our compensation structure consists exclusively of a yearly salary; we don't have bonuses. You select every year the amount of your salary you want in compensation versus investment opportunities. To determine your own top-of-market salary, we rely on market indicators and consider your individual work family, background, skills, and experience to determine your pay in the market range.
