Your primary responsibilities will include: • **Data Entry and Management**: Enter, verify, and manage critical healthcare data within our SAP system, ensuring accuracy and quality. • **Data Audits and Quality Control**: Perform regular audits to maintain data accuracy and quality, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. • **Collaboration and Communication**: Coordinate with healthcare teams to resolve data discrepancies, provide data support, and facilitate data-driven decision-making. • **Data Reporting and Analysis**: Support data reporting and analysis efforts as needed, providing insights that inform business decisions and drive strategic growth. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: • **Previous Experience**: A minimum of 4 years of experience in data entry, preferably within the healthcare or SAP systems. • **Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • **SAP Experience**: 2 years of experience working with SAP systems, with a strong understanding of SAP software and its applications in healthcare. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly valued: • **Healthcare Data and Compliance Standards**: Knowledge of healthcare data and compliance standards, including HIPAA and ICD-10. • **SAP Certification**: SAP certification or relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in SAP software and its applications in healthcare. • **Accounts Payable and Receivable Experience**: 1 year of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, with a strong understanding of financial data management. **Job Type and Schedule** This is a contract position, with a flexible schedule that allows for remote work.
