Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Global Equity Operations

What You'll Do for Us As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be part of a team that provides inventory plan management by: - Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans - Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching stock awards - Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting - Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders - Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award distribution and inventory buy plan enrollment activities - Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations - Reviewing and maintaining equity management methods and documentation - Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred - At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred - Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred - Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly - Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers - Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations - Functional Skills: - Strong attention to detail - Clear communicator - Data analysis - Customer service focus What We'll Do For You - Be part of a diverse group environment among fairly professional professionals - Work in a clearly global environment with daily interaction with people from different countries, functions, and cultures - Skills: - Data Analysis - Accounting - Customer-Focused - Incentive Plans - Payroll - Stock Options - Equities - Stock Plan Administration - Cross-Functional Teamwork - Detail-Oriented Benefits At arenaflex, we empower our employees worldwide to prioritize their development by building skills and taking on new experiences.We offer clarity on where you stand within the company through professional plans and conversations that put you in the driver's seat of your personal development.
