You'll collaborate with our Art, Layout, and Engineering teams to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and areas for improvement. Your expertise will help us create high-quality games that exceed our customers' expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with our Art, Layout, and Engineering teams to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and areas for improvement * Develop and implement solutions to optimize our improvement process, ensuring seamless communication and adoption across teams * Assist in the development, preservation, and extension of arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures * Build and guide custom asset pipelines to enhance our game development process * Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures * Proactively identify areas for improvement in our improvement process across disciplines * Preserve, extend, and aid present development gear * Build and guide custom asset pipelines * Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures **Essential Qualifications** * Strong passion for empowering others to do their best work * Experience with the overall device lifecycle: identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness * Enjoy working with custom standalone gear * Enjoy growing gear that can be utilized by many game development disciplines * Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, and JavaScript * Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment * Experience with custom game engines (Unreal or Unity) * Familiarity with JavaScript and Net Tech **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with custom game engines * Unreal or Unity experience * JavaScript and Net Tech experience * Familiarity with required utility materials * Resume outlining applicable experience **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Familiarity with data entry software and tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
