We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist. **About the Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and executing a multi-channel, coordinated marketing approach across digital channels and platforms for our top clients. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their marketing needs and develop tailored solutions that drive business results. Your expertise in digital media and marketing will enable you to drive business growth and customer engagement through innovative and effective marketing strategies. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement * Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing needs and develop tailored solutions * Utilize expertise in digital media and marketing to drive business results and customer engagement * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, Advertising and Experiences, Research, Sales, Trading and Promotion Operations, and Channel Development to deliver and execute effective marketing strategies * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising * Identify opportunities and challenges to drive business growth and customer engagement * Develop and present proposals to clients based on their key objectives and marketing needs * Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive business growth and customer engagement * Utilize media planning tools and software, such as Usable One, DCM, DFP, or similar ad serving platforms * Develop and execute media plans that drive business results and customer engagement **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field * At least 3+ years of experience in digital media planning and marketing * Strong understanding of digital advertising and media * Hands-on experience with media planning tools and software, such as Usable One, DCM, DFP, or similar ad serving platforms * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field * Experience in media planning and buying * Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting * Experience with marketing automation platforms and software * Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing trends and best practices **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of our employees.
