Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team, providing customer support and contributing to the development of data systems that drive business insights and growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data entry, analytics, and customer support, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities Recognize potential opportunities to address business issues through analytics, large data analytics, and automation, and develop business cases and proposals to drive solutions. Analyze source system data to determine data connections, plan data models, consistency, and quality, and integrate data into existing data models. Define data models, including social tables, essential and foreign keys, and stored procedures, and provide expert advice and guidance to others on data management best practices. Develop and implement data solutions that are accurate, reliable, and easy to access for end clients, and maintain data quality and integrity in collaboration with data engineers and platform leads. Provide effort estimates and delivery plans for projects and initiatives, and own and support projects from start to finish. Proactively communicate status, issues, and risks to management, and collaborate with teams across the organization to understand their needs in analytics and develop dashboards and reporting to support business functions. Create processes, best practices, and implement projects to ensure business needs are being met, and investigate business and production issues. Demonstrate a willingness and capacity to learn and apply new technologies rapidly. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Information Systems. 5+ years of active experience working with large, complex, and diverse datasets in enterprise-scale data warehousing or data engineering environments. 5 years of experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines to deliver high-quality data, with required experience in Python or similar technologies. Experience with modeling tools like ERWIN, Visio, and data modeling methodologies. 5+ years of experience working with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, Hadoop, Google BigQuery, DataPlex, Amazon Redshift, Hive, and other big data technologies. Experience with reporting tools like Tableau or Looker, and workflow management tools like Airflow, Digdag. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, and JIRA. Strong understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and data quality using tools like Collibra. Preferred Qualifications Experience with marketing data and analytics. Exposure to analytical trends, machine learning, and data science. Experience building logical solutions applicable to Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing business units. Experience implementing functional best practices, such as monitoring, alerting, approval, and exception handling. Ability to combine data into meaningful insights and contribute to developing, executing, and documenting business and technical processes. Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to address specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement. Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams and influencing them with solutions in a dynamic environment.
