As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of AI and ML models for our attractions. You'll work closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences through intelligent and data-driven systems. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the arenaflex family and contribute to the creation of extraordinary experiences for our visitors. **Responsibilities** As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for: * Collaborating with internal partners to drive the development and implementation of AI and ML models for our attractions * Leading and working with cross-functional teams to execute and scale ML solutions that deliver exceptional visitor experiences * Driving innovation and ideation through concept development, proof-of-concepts, and innovation funding * Managing functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team * Building standard techniques used in everyday tasks and working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space * Productionizing ML models in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assessing their performance on real-world datasets * Collaborating with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinating with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews **Required Capabilities and Abilities** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including experience with TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP * Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies * Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets * 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool * Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, and a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders * Strong systems integration engineering skills, with the ability to transform new technology into business solutions **Preferred Capabilities** While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable: * Experience with Docker * Experience with control frameworks * Experience with Kubernetes * Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence * Experience with Agile development methodologies * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment * Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau) * Experience with audio analysis * Experience with text analysis **Education** A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field is required.
