Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Data Entry Operator to join our remote team, contributing to the fulfillment of pet ID tag orders for customers throughout the USA and Canada. In this critical role, you will ensure the accurate entry of engraving details, guaranteeing that every pet receives a personalized tag that meets their family's needs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders, and your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Accurate Data Entry: Accurately input engraving information for pet ID tags from various order forms and emails, ensuring that every detail is entered correctly and efficiently. Handwritten Address Interpretation: Read and interpret handwritten addresses from both the US and Canada with precision, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Timely Order Processing: Complete data entry tasks on Fridays (by 2 PM) and Mondays (by 5 PM) to facilitate timely order processing, ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively. Time Management: Allocate approximately 5 hours weekly across both days based on the volume of orders received, demonstrating strong time management skills and the ability to work independently. Required Skills Exceptional Typing Skills: Achieve 12,000+ keystrokes per hour or 60-80 words per minute, ensuring a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail, particularly regarding names, addresses, and engraving specifications, ensuring that every detail is entered correctly and accurately. Handwritten Address Interpretation: Familiarity with handwritten address interpretation from the US and Canada is highly preferred, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Time Management: Proven time management skills to consistently meet deadlines while working independently, ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Reliability: Reliable and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Availability: Must have consistent availability on Fridays and Mondays for timely completion of data entry tasks, ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively. Computer Setup: Your own computer setup with dual monitors is required for optimal efficiency, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively. Previous Experience: Previous experience in data entry or similar roles is preferred, demonstrating a high level of proficiency and expertise in data entry and order processing.
