Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Clerk – Help Desk Support at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in various systems and databases with high attention to detail and efficiency. Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical assistance via email, phone, and chat with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues in a timely and effective manner. Managing detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily and exceeding their expectations. Assisting in generating reports and compiling data for analysis to inform business decisions. Supporting administrative tasks as needed to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a Data Entry Clerk – Help Desk Support at Blithequark, you will need: Essential Qualifications: Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency. Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide exceptional customer support. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools, such as ticketing systems and live chat platforms. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, business administration, or communications. Experience working in a customer-facing role or providing technical support.
