As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our e-commerce platform.Your primary responsibility will be to enter Purchase Orders into our Point of Sale (POS) system, which is currently integrated with Lightspeed, and edit that inventory on Shopify for our website. Responsibilities: As a Full-Time Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Inventory Management: You'll be responsible for managing the inventory of our single brick and mortar store and online store, ensuring that our products are accurately reflected on our website and in-store.* Data Entry: You'll enter Purchase Orders into our Lightspeed software as orders are written, confirmed, and given to you from the buyer, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. * Inventory Editing: You'll edit the inventory on Shopify for our website, ensuring that our products are accurately reflected and easily accessible to our customers. * Data Analysis: You'll analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing insights that will help us optimize our operations and improve customer satisfaction.Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * ShopifyExperience: You must have prior experience working with Shopify, including creating and editing products, managing inventory, and processing orders. * Data EntryExperience: You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail. * E-commerceExperience: You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, including managing online stores, processing orders, and analyzing data.* LightspeedExperience: While not required, experience with Lightspeed is a plus, as you'll be working with this software on a daily basis. * Data Analysis and Inventory Management: You must have a solid understanding of data analysis and inventory management principles, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. * Analytical Mind: You must have an analytical mind with strong attention to detail, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. * Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: You must possess outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and think critically.* Communication and Leadership Abilities: You must have excellent communication and leadership abilities, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide guidance and support to colleagues. * Interpersonal and Project Management Skills: You must have excellent interpersonal and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
