Job Overview We are seeking experienced and skilled Data Entry and Virtual Assistant professionals to join our team at blithequark. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the support and guidance of our team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, performing administrative duties, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our patients. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive and evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions, health counseling, and attitude anticipating for our patients. Perform administrative duties, including opening and closing the center, inventory management, patient flow, insurance verification, and payment collection. Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing counseling assessments to ensure positive patient health outcomes. Perform duties, including consulting with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, completing diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care. Encourage patients to become active participants in their healthcare and wellness through services like health screenings, social health, and health education, chronic condition management, and more. Essential Qualifications Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical issues, health counseling, and attitude anticipating for our patients. Request and administer vaccinations and injections (including but not limited to COVID-19, flu, TB, and Depo) and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education. Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent. Complete the Dot certification test within 30 days of employment. Depending on the market, the ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages, including but not limited to Spanish. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires. Preferred Qualifications If under 1 year of work experience as a licensed provider, previous student precepting rotation with blithequark is preferred but not required. Education Graduate degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Accreditation and State of Practice license to practice in the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse role. Or, in select states, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health-related Master's degree or equivalent experience along with a Bachelor's degree in science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current National Board Accreditation and State of Practice license to practice in the role.
