Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Provider Data Services Senior Analyst to join our team at blithequark. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting staff from start to finish, maintaining supplier information, and ensuring data integrity. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining standards for database integrity, corrective actions, database configuration, and communication processes with various departments regarding database enhancements. Key Responsibilities Support staff from start to finish, providing guidance and expertise as needed Maintain supplier information, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data Develop and maintain standards for database integrity, corrective actions, and database configuration Create communication processes with various departments regarding database enhancements Assist with pattern supplier data transfers that cannot be processed automatically due to system limitations or data integrity issues Perform estimated segment transfer updates in supplier system applications to support claim settlement and supplier catalog Respond to consumption emergency and answer network requests, escalating when necessary Provide ongoing office support in analysis and investigation crucial for resolving concerns/issues raised by suppliers and other internal/external clients Conduct reviews of supplier data and escalate issues for resolution as appropriate Automate and manually load, maintain, and resolve all new and modified participating supplier data transfers (basic to complex) May also load third-party contracted reimbursement into relevant systems Extract data from supplier systems to meet business reporting requirements Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 5+ years of experience and knowledge of Supplier Information Services systems and back-end client applications 1-3 years of organizational foundation Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including knowledge of formulas and VLOOKUPs 1+ years of QNXT experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: SQL and/or QuickBase experience Strong interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and integrity of data Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
